Dull and Lifeless Hair

The first reasons that come to our mind when our hair becomes dull and lifeless; reasons such as maintenance failure, using heating tools on our hair frequently. 

Our hair becomes dull and lifeless in winter and due to the lack of vitamins and microelements of our body. This symptom may indicate that your body needs selenium, sulfur, and phosphorus.


Excessive dandruff on your hair may be due to using too many hair care products or your choice of non-beneficial care products. You can also see dandruff in your hair as a result of your diets.

Another reason could be stress, problems with your stomach and intestinal system, or immunodeficiency. If your dandruff is yellow, shampoos with various medicinal properties will not help. You should consult the doctor again.

Thin and Brittle Hair

Oily Hair

Oily hair usually indicates that your diet is not healthy enough and that you are consuming too much oil. To solve this problem, try to consume less than fried foods. 

If these tips don’t work, oily hair could indicate metabolism issues, hormonal failure, or liver problems. In this case, you should contact a professional in order not to make the situation worse.

Hair Loss

It is normal to lose 100 strands a day. The easiest way to check if there is a problem in your hair; is to pass your fingers through your hair and drag them from the roots to the tip. You do not have to worry when 3-5 hairs are removed. But if it is much more, you should consult a doctor. 

Hair loss can be attributed to the endocrine system. Problems with your immune system can also be caused by vitamin deficiency or stress. It can also be an indicator of diabetes. It is best to consult a doctor. 

Premature Graying of Hair

In fact, graying generally depends on the person’s genetics. As we get older, the number of melanocytes responsible for pigment production decreases. On average, women begin to see strands of gray hair around the age of 30-40. However, there are situations that young people also see.
Gray hair strands are usually caused by severe stress, chronic fatigue or even poor diet.

Itchy Skin

If this symptom is accompanied by acne, scalp wounds, other skin irritations, these problems can be psoriasis or eczema. It is best to consult a doctor to see if it is. 

If the itching is not accompanied by other symptoms, it may be the result of a nervous system disorder caused by stress. It can also be a habitual obsession-style problem. In this case, it is recommended to supplement vitamins B1 and B6 or drink soothing herbs.

Dry Hair and Splits

Unless you take into account obvious factors like frequent use of a hair dryer, your hair will dry out due to a lack of protein, iron or copper.
